See the product- What do I need to get started?
- One export of your orders and one of your payout, as CSV, Excel or PDF — nothing more. The free column mapping recognises the format and suggests the columns itself. For bol.com, Amazon, Zalando, Picqer, Channable and Exact you can also connect with your own API keys, so merqori fetches the data itself.
- How much time does a check take?
- The matching itself happens on its own: you upload or connect, and the orders are linked to the payout order by order. After that you only read through the discrepancies. The idea is that you sit down with it for half an hour once a week, not that you live in it every day.
- What kind of seller is this made for?
- For webshops that sell on one or more marketplaces — bol.com, Amazon, Zalando and comparable channels. If you sell on several marketplaces at once, you check every settlement against the same yardstick and also see which channel pays out most accurately.

The check
- What happens to orders that do not match?
- They stay as a discrepancy: an order that appears on only one side is just as much a signal as an amount that is wrong. You see which side is missing it, so you know whether the payout or the export is lagging behind.
- How do I know a match is right?
- merqori matches first on order number, then on track & trace, then on email plus product within a time window. Double matches are blocked, and every match shows which rule it came together on. That way a difference always traces back to a real order on both sides.
- What kind of differences does the tool find?
- An amount difference (the payout is lower than the order), a quantity difference, a wrong commission, an unreimbursed return, or an order that appears on only one side. Everything from one cent, with the amount you are missing out on alongside.

The scores
- How is the score per source calculated?
- The share of orders with at least one discrepancy falls into a fixed band, and each band is one point out of ten. As soon as enough organisations supply data for a source, the score is measured instead of indicative.
- Can the score be traced back?
- Yes. The score follows from fixed thresholds on the error rate over real orders of the past 30 days — not the output of a language model. Every figure shows whether it is measured or still indicative.
- Why does not every source have a score?
- For a webshop platform or an accounting package 'matching' does not exist: there is no order to lay against a payout. There a fact about the integration appears instead of a made-up percentage.

- Can I work without ever making an API integration?
- Yes. One export as CSV, Excel or PDF is enough to get started. merqori reads your orders and payouts and never writes anything back to your marketplace — it only names the difference.
- Where do my API keys end up?
- Encrypted in the database, and they are only decrypted again on the server. Towards the browser nothing more goes than the names of the fields you filled in — never the values themselves.
- My export has different column names than the examples.
- The free column mapping recognises several spellings per field and suggests the columns itself, so most exports fit without a change. If a suggestion is wrong, you point out the column with one click.

See pricing- Can I stop whenever I want?
- Yes, cancellable monthly through the customer portal; there is no minimum term. Your checks and your audit trail stay attached to your account, and you can permanently delete your account with all its data in the settings.
- Is there a free trial?
- No. Creating an account takes no payment details, but you need an active subscription before merqori reads your orders and payouts. Cancellable monthly, no minimum term.
- What does it cost if I process a lot of orders?
- A fixed base fee per month for access to all marketplace stats, plus an amount per thousand matched orders. That way a webshop with 500 orders a month does not pay the same as one with 50,000.
