What does merqori do?
merqori is a reconciliation tool for webshops selling on multiple marketplaces. You upload your orders and payouts — via CSV, Excel, PDF or a live connection — and merqori matches them automatically, down to the cent. Every discrepancy (underpaid payouts, missing orders, wrong commissions) is shown with per-order evidence and the total amount you are missing, so you can recover it yourself without comparing spreadsheets by hand.
merqori also tracks per marketplace how reliably it exports and pays out (match rate, error rate), so you can compare which channels are the most accurate.

Waarom een vast abonnement plus verbruik?+
Het abonnement geeft je toegang tot alle marketplace-stats, ongeacht hoeveel je verwerkt. Daarbovenop betaal je per 1.000 gematchte orders, zodat een webshop met 500 orders per maand niet evenveel betaalt als een met 50.000.
What counts as a 'processed order'?+
Every order merqori imports and includes in reconciliation, through upload or a live connection. Uploaded orders outside your selected date filter do not count.
Can I stop at any time?+
Yes. There is no minimum term or notice period. When you stop processing or disconnect connections, you will no longer pay for them in the next billing period.
Verandert het ordertarief als ik de fulfillment-controle add-on aanzet?+
Ja. Zolang de fulfillment-controle add-on uit staat, betaal je het basistarief per 1.000 gematchte orders. Zodra je de add-on activeert op /dashboard/billing, geldt vanaf dat moment het hogere tarief — dit past automatisch weer terug als je de add-on weer uitzet.
