Fulfillment
How do I set up fulfillment?
Record per sales channel who ships and which party is responsible for handling.
- Open Fulfillment. This module requires the fulfillment add-on.
- Go to Settings and choose the fulfillment model per channel.
- Where applicable, fill in the carrier, partner and contact details and save.
- Then review the overview. Missing routes or source data can mean a claim deadline or recoverable amount cannot be determined yet.
