Getting started

Open Marketplaces and choose Add marketplace.

Files and imports

Open Import data and select your file.

A column mapping tells merqori which column holds, for example, the order number or the amount.

Open the existing marketplace and go to Mapping.

Export a file with column names on the first row and one data record per row.

Open Uploads to find files, counts and processing statuses.

Orders describe purchases. Settlements and payouts describe payments made by the marketplace.

Connect your marketplace or system and check which data the connection can retrieve.

Read in a contract PDF and check the commission and payout term before you save.

After saving, the imported data is processed and matched against available orders and settlements.

The match rate in the marketplace overview shows what share of orders is matched.

Review the discrepancy, the underlying data and the next step before you settle a case.

Record per sales channel who ships and which party is responsible for handling.

Use the API connection tab within Fulfillment for warehouse credentials and your existing sources.
