How do I assess a case?

Review the discrepancy, the underlying data and the next step before you settle a case.

1. Open Cases and pick a discrepancy you want to investigate.
2. Compare the expected and actual amount against the order, the settlement and the configured contract rules.
3. Check that the case holds enough evidence. A signal is not automatically a confirmed error or a recoverable amount.
4. Use the available actions on the detail page to handle the case and update its status.
