Matching and cases
What does the match rate mean?
The match rate in the marketplace overview shows what share of orders is matched.
- Open Statistics and view the match rate per marketplace, with the number of matched orders and the total.
- Every order counts once. Full and partial matches both count as matched.
- A matched order can still have a discrepancy. Match rate and the number of open cases therefore measure different things.
- Matches missing? Check that the corresponding orders and settlements have been imported and that the order numbers are mapped correctly.
